bare in mind their FY's end at different times, Sony in March MS in June.

Microsoft will announce Q4 July 21st.

They've just gone on record to say they've shipped 55 million 360's, this pits Q4 at 1.4 mill minimum (13.2), plus whatever else June brings.

June needs to be 1.1 million, at the current trend that's probably very unlikely ... but will new bundles/revision in the channel and price cut spur on enough shipments throughout june??

I think Seece, that 360 might have a chance, if Microsoft is strategic about some moves at e3. 

Indeed it all rests on E3. If they do nothing at E3 they'll probably ship another 400k ish, but there has been too much smoke lately, sales after sales, 3D needing a new motherboard (something along those lines) changing skus, bundles ect.

E3 is very start of June as well so whatever they do will have a full 4 weeks to take effect.

After E3 we can talk about this realistically. If you still want an answer of what I think right now i'd probably say no.

I believe it may be possible if MS does indeed slash the price of the 360 at E3.

Microsoft will cut the price of the 360, but it'll still ship just a little bit less than Sony's so probably 14.1

They'll probably be even.  But will Microsoft cut the price down from 199?  I mean it's selling well enough without a price cut.

I guess price cut will affect the next quarter shippment (Q1 2012)... not Q4 2011.
