I'll make the thread in a bit and after I put it up it'll be up over the weekend and locked on Monday.

Rules are pretty simple:

1) Only things that will be moderated universally in this thread as they are outside it will be posting porn and spamming, everything else will have different rules.

2) Anyone who posts in the thread is fair game for being flamed (yes that includes me since I will be the one making the thread so please feel free).  Anyone who does not post in the thread cannot be flamed and you'll be moderated if you do so.

3) No arguing in the thread, everyone gets to say their one liners people who read them can laugh, but you can't start arguing about the legitimacy of someone's one liner.

 

I probably wont be online when you post it up, will be going to work...

I'd apprecitate it though if you put in the OP that I'm allowed to be flamed!

The only versions of a roast thread I could imagine working would be one about a specific person who volunteered to be the target, or roasting the consoles/videogames of 2010 for a certain amount of time in which the rules would be one line jokes were allowed and people were not allowed to argue for or against any joke.  Basically if you don't have a joke to post all you can do is read the thread.  And the thread would be locked after a week or so.  I will talk these possibilities over with Machina if nothing else because I think it would be an interesting experiment to see what the community would do with it..
