That was the best game this generation, yes , for me is better than metal gear solid 4 .

The graphics are the best i have seen so far, and artwork is amazing. The detail , color´s , all beautiful.

The story was great, better than uncharted 1 , i love the exploration areas , nepal was amazing , the mountains and the snow , last level was amazing to...

I hope the secret game sony will announce in the VGAs is Uncharted 3

 

Uncharted 2 is a 9.9/10 simple because i hope uncharted 3 will top it. I think they can make a even better game :

  • they can improve character model ( Kratos > Drake )
  • the last boss fight was meh , uncharted 1 last boss fight was way better imo
  • better puzzles because they are so easy
  • the action zones are easy

and ...

  • i want drake to travel to egypt , please naughty dog , i want egypt this time...

i want the best sand in the history of videogames!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now we have in uncharted 2 the best snow in the history of videogames lol

i don´t know why uncharted 2 sell only 4 million , it´s the best game of this generation !!!!

And Uncharted 4 in Atlantis so we have the best ocean ever made? Me like it.

@melbye: You aren't alone, any Xbox360 or Wii fanboy would agree with you, even if you are a PS3 fan for the sake of not liking UC2 they would agree... by the way, why didn't you like it?

That first playthrough was so amazing.  You couldn't do anything bad enough to wipe the smile off of my face when I played this game.  Glad you finally got arounf to it, OP.  This was one of the few games that is overhyped and STILL over-delivers.

If they had the exploration, and puzzle solving of tomb raider. To go with the better shooting, and better dialogue of uncharted.

it would probably be the best game ever imo.

Agreed on MGS4, it was a minor disappointment for me. 
Uncharted 2 however is very good.

better than MGS4 - yes, yet still far from the best game of this generation. Well not that far, but they're still a couple of better games out there.

no doubt, it is very good. It's probably the most polished game I've ever seen imo. And was a lot of fun when I played through it. I kinda call it the indiana jones of videogames (no offense if you really like) it.

A really good fun time, but there's things I like better, not necessarily on polish but on personal taste and sometimes ambition in other directions by the creators. and sorry I haven't slept not making sense probably.

Actually i didnt like the gameplay much either tbh, but the production values were very, very good. and the voice acting, script, etc was overall very good, i just didnt like the gameplay, but i can see why people love it, and the co-op multiplayer was brilliant, i'm not a huge multiplayer fan, but that was definitly a lot of fun!!

play UC1 first for story and a better understanding of how the gameplay has evolved.

Actually no you're not. There are others out there, but most of us just stay out of threads like this because saying anything that isn't praise will get tons of kids in an uproar.

I thought it was ok, pretty good even but NOWHERE NEAR the praise it gets. Great graphics and prodcution values, but not very interesting. I think Tomb Raider does puzzles exploration better, and just about any other game does the shooting part better.

I just can't stand Drake, he's so uninteresting to me. How an "average-man" that looks like a reject from a Wal-Mart catalogue managed to win over the hearts of so many gamers is beyond me.

I give it points for polish and presentation, but that only gets you so far.

yes get uc1 it is a very epic game considering it was released so early into ps3 life cycle it will help you get familiar with drake as well, infact you will appreciate uc2 more for the differences between the two lol
