SMG,SMG2,TP,MP3,SSBB, Little king's story, Madworld... at least.

 

Perfect example is SMG (2), it gets a free pass on almost everything.

If it was a game on 360/PS3, it would not get 10 for graphics. Not even close.

It would be docked down for the godawful camera, gameplay would not be a 10.

A 10 hour game without online would not be getting 10 for lasting appeal.

Lack of real surround sound/bad voice acting would not get a 10 for sound.

Real surround sound is something the Wii is incapable of, and there is no voice acting, not bad voice acting. It is hardly a 10-hour game either, unless you just tear through it completely without taking the time to enjoy it. Reviewers generally fail to appreciate that certain games do not make their value apparent in a way that's symmetrical to other games (you don't complain of lack of story in Guitar Hero, for instance), but at least IGN was willing to understand that Galaxy 2 is a game that achieves what it sets out to do, and then completely surpasses those goals

Those weren't given good scores for being Wii exclusives. Those were given good scores for fitting in what reviewers think makes a good game. It happens on the other systems. Look at the content of the reviews, and you see a lot of 360 and PS3 games are given good scores for really dumb reasons, instead of what actually makes those games good. Plus we get overrated games on those as well.

@anatubus im with you to an extent. I think Mario gets a free pass period. look at MK Ds are you kidding me??? They recycle old ass tracks slap it together with a couple of old characters charge full price and give it a 9 and everyone is ok with that??? (I would give it an 8 just for having online)
