Don't be surprised when Square Enix drops the FF7 bomb on us at E3 next year...

Yeah I'm kind of scared it really might happen...

Poor list including so many copy and paste series as well as re-releases, tweaked or not.

Kind of agree.  The games will mostly be good, but Ocarina at #2? Come on, don't make it so obvious what Nintendo does constantly.

Yeah I see some people have leapt in defence against my comment but there really was no need to outside of their personal insecurities.

I said nothing of quality of the games but honestly, OoT release on N64, then GC, then GC again but tweaked, then Wii, and now redone on 3DS.  I honestly cannot see the anticipation for it after so many re-releases, it'll be same story and same game, just looking better.

And I'm sorry, but I find using Snake Eater incredibly lame lol.  It's like back in the first few years of Wii when fans would cite Okami as one of the best.  I was like, oh come on, that's a PS2 game! haha

Above: still the best game of the year.

Been playing alot of MKDS lately and seeing #1 makes me smile.

Pixel Art can be fun.

If that happens...I can't begin to imagine.

Rockstar: Announce Bully 2 already and make gamers proud!

Kojima: Come out with Project S already!

Well, the appeal in OOT is that this is the first full on remake, while previous promotional or digital rereleases were simply the emulated N64 roms.  They're also adding new content and altering aspects of the game supposedly, it's not going to be the "same game" by the most basic definition.

People got excited about REmake, despite the original RE1 having a PC port, a Saturn port, a PS1 Director's Cut and even a rerelease of that Director's Cut that added Dual Analog support (ie: even more reissues than OOT has had).
