I like my own theory that last year Microsoft won because they had the most celebrities show up much better.

lol i still remember when x360 version of ffxiii was more searched upon and we all know what happened from that, yeah ps3 version sold more lolz, so basically what i'm saying is just because people searched for it the most does not mean MS won, in my books it was ninty followed by sony, and ms dead last

Though I would love to agree with you because I think the logic of his analysis is failed, I think somehow yours is also. You should not only consider which console version sold better: if there was a way to know how many undecided chose an XBOX 360 over a PS3 when they heard that they newer FF main title was no longer a Sony exclusive.
