One of my favorite N64 games. A bit disappointed with the pricing, but will grab it via a sale. It was always a fun game to randomly pickup and play.

Switch 2

lol another remake. At least they look like the 90 spuppets.

Bite my shiny metal cockpit!

I didn't like the characters' visuals. Too realistic in my opinion

Nooooiiice !

Although, I had a knee jerk/laughing reaction at the new designs and the fact it is a another remake(but with a lot of added stuff). Realistically, we're talking about a franchise that hasn't been relevant for 10 years now with its previous outing being a disaster in most metrics.

The movie and this subsequent Direct has finally given new life into it and I do think the choice of re-doing it again, especially for the newer audiences in mind is sound but definitely grate the old timers at this point.

I've personally only player the 3DS remake and Zero.
Imma be fine with it.

Also on the cheaper side of Switch 2 game prices !
50$ Digital/60 $ Physical which is about what I expect they would do here.

I'm not crazy about the new look; would have preferred something much more stylized. Other than that it looks pretty good for a remake of 64. Hopefully this is just Phase 1 of a new era for the franchise.

Not a fan. I prefer Star Fox when it looks like a cartoon, these designs look straight out of some "this is what graphics will look like in 2015!" video. Or a DLSS 5 video, I guess.

And it being another remake of Star Fox 64 is just... sigh...

Nah it looks like a modern adaptation of the 1993 puppets. Something I been wanting for a while. Glad they did it. Fun fact one of the men behind these directed Godzilla Minus One

Yeah was just about to post this, but I like the "realistic" look as it harkens back to the original way back in 1993, which was the first game I ever played

And I actually didn't know Yamazaki worked on these, that's awesome, thanks for the heads up, Minus One's one of my all time favourite movies

Yeah, obviously it's trying to replicate that. I don't think it's a good version of it but then again I never liked that version to begin with. I always felt like Star Fox moved into more cartoonish designs for a reason. But I'm glad it pleases someone, at least.
