Actually it doesn't apply to every game....some but not all.

Apparently saying that to him seems to put us in some sort of category of posters. I could actually point out like 5 games right off the top of my head that the final game looked better than the pre-release material.

I was like wow we just had a case of a game looking better than the pre-release material is Ryse on XB1 that was like one of the first things that came to mind. The early material from Ryse looked nowhere near as good as the final product. But I guess it doesn't count because it would make his post invalid....

Here is a question for those who played the first three. I've beaten the first two but missed out on the third. Do you think I should try an get my hands on that game before playing the fourth?

I have a feeling Sony is going to announce Uncharted Trilogy for PS4 soon enough

If you really liked the first two games, I do recommend you to get it, so you don't get lost with the story. It still has some of the adrenaline pumping scenes that makes it an Uncharted game. Don't expect it to surpass U2, don't go in with high expectations. Just have fun with it and enjoy the ride.

Yeah, I've heard some people say it wasn't any good (which has to be BS imo) but that doesn't matter to me. I just want to catch up story wise. I tend to do that with all games. It's kind of like an OCD thing lol.

I guess I borrow it or maybe get it when/if they release a trilogy like Ninsect said. Thanks!

I actually believe 3 was better than 2. I found the story more interesting, better combat, better level design, etc.

I saw UC3 for like $7 at Gamestop. I recommend it.

I actually agree with you here. I enjoyed 3 more than 2 as well. We definitely seem to be in the minority in that opinion, though.

I dont think they will.  I think U4 might well be the last one.  Sure I read somewhere that they wanted to move on to new things after.  The clue for that also was in the trailer I believe when they were on about "one last time".

End the series on a bang.

They need to make the best Uncharted yet and then go back to Jak And Daxter / Last Of Us

EDIT:

Unless you mean where will they take him in U4 lol
