So I was going to pre-order Resident Evil 6 soon, so I decided to go look at some screenshots and videos, and you know what?  Resident Evil 6 is starting to look sick to me.

So let's get the hype thread rolling:

Game's looking great.  Pretty tense, dark, death traps, random nude spider-chick boss.

I played the first game last week.
The controls were dreadful.



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

I didn't play RE5 just 30 minutes to see that it was a gears of war with worse controls, and each new RE6 gameplay I see I get more and more disappointed, because the it looks more and more like Gears of War, just a TPS focused in explosions with multiplayer. Just go ahead and shoot everything that moves.

Watch the gameplay vid, it looks more in line with Resident Evil 4.  I mean , I know there's going to be commando moments, but I think they're trying to balance them between classic zombie killing and commando killing.

Not sure how they can make this more classic without resorting to horrible controls.  I especially like the girl at the end who opens the door to her death.
