The preview of the game play at the Ubisoft Conferance blew me away. It was like visual eye candy.

It is definitely up there. So far I've been impressed with Halo 4, Splinter Cell: Blacklist, Dead Space 3, Crysis 3, and Assassin's Creed 3. Might give it to Splinter Cell: Blacklist right now but I'm sure more Halo 4 will make me rethink that haha.
