As someone who hasn't seen the film and didn't even follow the fearmongering of the media did (seriously, what the hell happened here? Can someone explain?), I'm not sure what I'm in for. I am thinking of going to watch it, but I'm really tired of comic book films...

From what I've seen the controversy is because the Joker is a white dude that gets bullied and hos dreams shattered so he resorts to going on a killing spree.

What does him being white have to do with anything?

Well most mass shooters have been white.

Finally saw it.

A solid 8-9/10 for me.

I also believe that the Joker might have imagined his encounter with Wayne, and maybe Wayne wasn't as villainous as implied.

Havent seen it yet. Will watch it when it hits Blu Ray/online.

I thought it might be imagined too. But then I thought about it and realized Thomas Wayne said something about him being adopted. When Arthur went to Arkham, it was confirmed. I think it actually happened.

I havn't seen it yet, I've no one to go to the cinema with at least not anyone I'd be confortable asking at the moment and here it is insanely unconfortable to be a loner at the local cinema unless it's wedged and I'm pretty sure I missed that window. Being a loner going to see joker is esspecially meta, perhaps it would heighten the intent but I can't bring myself to do it.

Just go watch whenever you feel like it, being alone or not.

See a shrink first to be sure?

Goes to cinema, tries to enjoy Joker, get's made fun of for being a loner, bullies end up in morgue...

Oh the irony.

A masterpiece

This movie is just amazing. A masterpiece indeed.

Think the last 15 minutes are the best scenes I have ever seen these past years.
