$89! :o

With Resident Evil Revelations in the summer, Final Fantasy Type 0 registered and Phantasy Star Nova and Digimon still on the localisation waiting list I would love to see Sony give Vita one last push alongside an upgraded hardware revision.

I said it: Vita is not dead! Sony still can save it!!!

Would Sony really drop the price on PS4 this year?
PS4 sales are the best of all. Surely they would want to reap the needed profits and do a pricecut next year if needed.

But they could always be better, and soon they may reach this price point's saturation.  Drop it to $350 or $299 and boom Halo 5 makes no difference this fall, in fact the X1 would likely do worse than last year.

Prediction for console Lifetime sales:

Wii:100-120 million, PS3:80-110 million, 360:70-100 million

[Prediction Made 11/5/2009]

3DS: 65m, PSV: 22m, Wii U: 18-22m, PS4: 80-120m, X1: 35-55m

I gauruntee the PS5 comes out after only 5-6 years after the launch of the PS4.

So then what would the Vita TV cost?  $40?!

With Walmart Canada selling off their PS Vita Borderlands bundle for $99 I think Sony is planning (hoping) to release a new Vita design this E3 and bring back full support.

The PS4 drop is reasonable, but the Vita one is odd. If it's true it would mean that Vita will be discontinued at NA so they will just fire sale the inventory or that they have a new redesign that cuts the unit cost.

PS4 price drop is near guaranteed. They'll do it to maintain momentum as things are already slowing down for them. Either at E3 or PGW.

The longest it's taken a PlayStation to drop price is 19 months (PS2). PS4 has now been on the market for 18 months. Come E3, it'll be 19 months. An E3 price drop announcement would be 1.) perfect timing to at least keep in line, historically and 2.) a megaton, considering there are apparently a lot of people saying "why drop the price when you're selling the best. Keep making profit" and the fact that a game like Uncharted got delayed.

hahahahaha fakeeeeeeeeee!

The price of the PS Vita listed on the website is only $89.00. This is a mega huge drop as the current retail value of the handheld is $199 in North America. The PlayStation TV device is listed as $99. This device keeps its retail price from the look of things.

Vita wouldn't go down to $89 even if it were to be discountinued. The absolutely lowest i see it dropping for a Price cut is $129.99

PS4 i think will get a price cut in Sept

PS4' fight with the X1 is already over. It won. Sony needs the profits far more then some a tad bigger victory.
