I can't imagine a Vita price drop that big. I can see it dropping to maybe $130 but even then...

At one point the PS Vita was $99 at some Bestbuys in the US (these were the original OLED versions). I'd like to see that again.

I just googled and apparently some Walmarts in Canada has/had the PS Vita Borderlands bundle for $99!!!!

That price for the Vita is too crazy, though at that price, how could I refuse..?

If the Vita went for $99 or less I'd buy a back up immediately, but cannot see that happening for another couple years if at all.

Unlike everyone else, I actually can imagine a Vita pricedrop that big. It's doing horrendously in west at retail. It's practically discontinued already in big box US retail. Vita could really use a significant pricedrop to properly compete against 3DS.

Also could be some kind offer to PS4 owners (e.g. If you own a PS4, you can get the Vita half off!)

A $50 pricedrop for the PS4 seems rather pointless, I still believe it'll be a drop to $300 in late October.

Would Sony really drop the price on PS4 this year?
PS4 sales are the best of all. Surely they would want to reap the needed profits and do a pricecut next year if needed.

With Resident Evil Revelations in the summer, Final Fantasy Type 0 registered and Phantasy Star Nova and Digimon still on the localisation waiting list I would love to see Sony give Vita one last push alongside an upgraded hardware revision.
