VGC is based off a generic database which doesn't allow customizations like that. If you were born a male and are now a female, then pick female as your gender when you register, simple.

I agree with Ninsect. In the UK at least, it is possible for people to have their change of gender legally recognised, even have their birth certificate amended to reflect their acquired gender. Why not have an option in forum software to reflect that too?

Except it isn't corrective surgery.  If you're a man or woman that is what you are.  Believing you're something else is a psychological issue.  It can never be corrective surgery as the reporductive system you're born with is the correct one.

The thing is not all transgender issues are psychological as I stated  nature isn't fool proof so your allways  born with the correct sex is a fallacy people have been born with both sex organs.

equating people who change genders and are <20 (or claim to be) with both transgenders and pedeophiles. Look at the logic, not the self erected barriers.

If you had presented this differently, then there'd be like (magic prediction-power) 30 posts total, 27 would agree with you, and 3 would be neutral.

I like this post. It's true trans-gender people get discriminated against quite a bit, but bringing up a non-issue as a so called discriminatory act against them? Doesn't help their cause.
