Dude...you are hatin' on this game so hard. It's in beta. Take it down a notch, will ya? Some people are excited for this game, you don't have to shit all over them...

I love the shit out of it, bought the white destiny ps4, a digital copy and the special edition copy with the ghost, put so many hours into the beta.
but yes, it's overhyped, but i don't really care, just like the people who really enjoy, and still enjoy titanfall, don't really care that it was overhyped either.

I keep meaning to talk to the Mods-at-large about whether we should just flat lock them.

It's probably not a bad idea. I just don't see any good discussions coming out of this thread. One group says they like it, but it's overhyped. One group says it's okay, but it's overhyped. And one group tells both of those groups that the game blows massive monkey dick. Great thread...

Actually, putting boxes under certain users in place of warnings as a 'name and shame' kinda deal would be mildly amusing and potentially help more than a quiet pm warning.

if a user has to deal with every post hes made showing his user info with 'Warning: Troll' under their username...  xD

I had a really good time with the Beta so I know I'll enjoy it when I do eventually get it. To be fair, many major game releases nowadays are overhyped. I'm sure Destiny will do really well and it'll probably outsell Titanfall but to reach 20 million for a new ip isn't going to be easy.

Titanfall was ONLY overhyped because it was exclusive to a next gen console that its fans claim it would "save".

Destiny is super hyped, but the thing is the hype has only grown as people have gotten to PLAY it. Ya before the Beta and definitly before the Alpha I was wearing of the hype, but the Beta blew away my expectations. A huge amount of hype does not mean a letdown (it does alot) but GTA5 is a good example of meeting then exceeding hype, or a movie like the Avengers.

Here is the thing, with the hype it has it could become a phenom (think COD:4, GTA5, FFVII, and other games that delivered on the hype) "if" it delivers.

I highly doubt it seeing as the Beta had more content then the Titanfall currently does.

Dude...bro...I wasn't even talking about the game. I was talking about the idea that PvP was somehow better than actual content which is stupid. By the way, not everything has to be mindless positivity about everything. Not everything is made of rainbows and lollipops.
