Spite of what?

They be jelly cause they can't produce quality games anymore

Well, i do think 3rd parties felt they had nothing to gain by supporting Nintendo. They dont want to jeapardise unstabilising the PS+Xbox market.
They certainly were quick to jump ship. I also think that the fact that Nintendo is an old school Japanese company made them partners that are more difficult to deal with and that they cant influence as easily. 3rd parties certainly feel they have more power of influence with Sony and Microsoft.

Yeah I'm sure billion dollar corporations are making financial decisions out of spite.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

Nope. The Vita is simply that great of a system, man!

I'm pretty sure Sony actually made an effort to get Minecraft on Vita, with Nintendo though I wouldn't be surprised at all if they haven't even tried to get the game on their platforms and well, if you have a smashing success like Minecraft on your hand then the platform holders call you and not the other way around.

As for other third parties, it's all about cash.

Hey Ry,

Let's not forget that it took a while to get on the 360, even longer for the PS3 (a few months ago). Both are very huge install bases. Wii is dead and Wii U is selling poorly for them to even bother but not sure why they skipped the 3DS though. Maybe because very few 3rd party games sell well on Nintendo platforms.

3rd parties actually are Illuminati.

Businesses make decisions based on income.....the earlier you see that the better off you will be.

It's not as far outside the realm of possibility as you think. "Rational business" theory is mostly in the toilet except for devout neoclassical economists (even the Austrians, who i otherwise take issue with, at least have chucked the notion of rational businesses).

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
