I was ready to sell my first born for KI... This f2p isn't totaly unexpected. Smartphone games have really shown that it can be a great income system... Think a full unlock will be 60 bucks.. But I usually only use 2 or 3 characters in any fighting game so maybe i'll only spend 5 bucks

I dunno do you really want a free fighting game with one playable character, having to pay to unlock each extra character? Sounds annoying, fighting games are supposed to be pick up and play games.
I take it you cant unlock characters in the game as well then

Why does it matter? As long as I can get the entire roster for under $60 and doesn't have pay-to-win crap, I'm fine with it.

Also, more people will play it with this strategy.

The cost should be less overall hopefully. I can't see why they wouldn't release a retail version with everything anyway, they've done it with Trials, I doubt they won't with KI.

I think they got f2p and demo mixed up.

There is less playable characters here (1) from the get go than pretty much all fighting game demo :/
