It was announced in the Japanese ND, coming to Japan on August 8th. http://www.revogamers.net/noticias/wii-u/yakuza-1-2-hd-edition-tambien-llegara-wii-u-11120.html Is in spanish, still not much said. Same game as Ps3, with the use of wiipad, first time the series coming outside of Sony consoles....

This is quite significant. The series is quite big in Japan, selling 500k on a regular basis.

Will be interesting to see if future games are exclusives...

Oh i thought for a second that this was coming exclusive to Wii U. I didnt even know a ps3 HD Yakuza collection was coming

I was talking about the main series games, not ports of old games

If they get Yakuza 6 as an exclusive on Wii U that will be quite big. A platform hasnt been announced yet I dont think, other than "not PS3".
