Have you recently had sex with a tomatoe? If so, its possible that when you ejaculated into the fruit, your fluids and the tomatoe's fluids displaced each other via osmosis. I can't believe, noone listens on this forum. For the third time - I've had exactly the same problem as the thread author, all you need to do is carefully wash your wang from the inside a couple of days - wash the smegma with the bad bacteria off and you'll be fine - it can be tricky because the smegma sticks to the insides well at the bottom of wang, but just don't forcefully wash it and if it doesn't come off the first time it will come off in second or third time.

The blood appears because the bacteria in smegma make it dry, so when you masturbate it's dry skin against dry insides of your wang and thus blood appears.
