I don't want to make excuses, but my Internet CAN go out randomly sometimes (though this wont be likely).

 

The other case is if I'm forced to do something else during that time (and yes, forced as in literally forced).

Alright hook me up, I'm going to go to a friend's house to play this time. I think the problem is my router. Last time I was at his house I played like 20 multiplayer matches with no problems other than a little lag.
