Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo is doomed..

...but can't we enjoy the games anyway?

Who says that winning is everything?

It's not like the games are just going to disappear if Nintendo doesn't quite sell the amount that they hoped.

Guys, stay calm, and play the games :)

I've been wondering that myself. Didn't we all have fun in the GameCube days? Certainly some of the games introduced in the Wii epoch have been fun (hopefully 2D Mario and renewed Donkey Kong are here to stay, and i would enjoy moar Wii Sports), but i was quite content with my purple lunchbox and the near market irrelevance that came with it

But then again i'm the weird one that got on the N64 train as the star was dying in late 1999, so maybe i'm more comfortable with "loser Nintendo" than others who can more properly recollect their glory days

More people should try Ghost Recon Shadow Wars, they would stop complain about lack of great games :D

CURRENTLY PLAYING: Xenoblade (Wii), Super mario 3D land (3DS), Guild Wars (PC)

But Nintendo has specifically given me a reason to actually want the 3DS to succeed - the more they sell, the more StreetPass hits I get.

Besides, it's just generally fun to see the games and consoles I like on the top of the world,

Honestly speaking, Nintendo winning or losing they still somehow make money in a full year.

im thinkgin maybe ninty fans were not having fun in the GC days, maybe they were secretly burning with rage inside that so few cared about the GC and some upstart Sony machine came and just laid the smackdown for 2 gens. luckily i stopped caring for such things since befroe hight school so i enjoyed my GC

lol Nintendo has been doomed since the NES days so what’s new?

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

3DS has no games, Wii has no games, DS has no games. The end of the world is near, effects of 2012 are starting sooner than we all thought.
