So Tulsi should just pack it in based on one asshat white supremacist endorsing her for some obscure reason (which she has zero control over, and which she made it abundantly clear she denounced several months ago)? Yep just give it all up Tulsi! Screw fighting for an end to our endless regime change wars. Screw fighting the corporate establishment and trying to beat Trump.

David Duke endorsed her so game over! Let's just hand the reigns over to corporatism Neolib centrists or keep the reality show host in office! Let's just keep the wheels turning, business as usual!

Really?

Wow.. if that's really all it took, nothing would ever change in this country!

It's not just this endorsement and putting aside the fact that I don't really agree with her stances on some major issues but it's just that she ain't gonna win the nomination. I think everybody besides Buttigieg, Harris, Sanders, Warren, Biden and maybe O'Rourke and Yang should just drop out rn. If you're polling a 2% or lower still there's just realistically no point to continuing.

There are a lot of reasons to run, winning the nomination isn't the only one. In basic it provides a lot of attention. And this can be quite useful. So running in this race might be used to:

  • get attention to then use it for another political race (Hickenlooper for Senate)
  • use it to write a book to make money
  • spread an idea or political stance with stronger attention (this might be the reason for Yang, Gabbard, Williamson and Inslee)

As long as they can get the attention it still is worthy for them to stay in the race.

(ok taking a long break from the Tulsi love fest that I'm sure many here are fed up with lol, but just one more thing..)

Her tweet calling out Hillary's baseless smears now has almost 300k likes on twitter. Only the biggest Dem politicians with the most popular messages are around that level and even Trump hasn't touched that level I don't think (with the exception being that Nickelback meme regarding Biden's Ukraine scandal and his tweet in support of the US rapper being imprisoned in Sweden or something..) Her followers have also shot up close to 100k since that statement, from around just over 600k to nearly 700k.

Like I said, that Hillary smear couldn't have been a better advertisement for Tulsi in terms of support or exposure. Best thing to happen to her campaign thus far XD.

Hmm, I didn't see that before:

And Van Jones is right. Hillary Clinton is the one damaging the democratic party. And for what? About a candidate who will probably drop out anyway soon enough, as she isn't polling very high. Still there is the need for the baseless smears. Maybe he is right that the 2016 events of Gabbard resigning from DNC to endorse Bernie Sanders still sting.

This is extremely dangerous. Buttigieg who is continuing to blast Warren over various issues, is now revealed to be taking advice from Zuckerberg...The very man Warren has been quarreling with as she tries to break up big tech companies and their influence in politics.

Buttigieg has continuously lowered himself on my preferred candidates, but this is even more damning truthfully. I do not trust him, nor do I trust his moderate status quo policies. Cozying up with a tech giant like Zuckerberg, who allows any ads to be put onto his website, as long as they pay, is dangerous.

That's concerning. I honestly trust Warren over Buttigieg, at least she seems to want to keep some form of transparency and wants to keep Big Tech accountable with the regulation of speech and information.

He definitely seems like a fairly typical establishment moderate, especially when it comes to health care, foreign policy, and loan forgiveness (or lack thereof). I lost any sliver of interest I had in him when he was seemingly pressured out of merely appearing for a casual conversation/interview on Classical liberal Dave Rubin's online show.

That is pretty nauseating, to be honest. Buttigieg just plummeted in my preferences. Fucker should just drop out now, he's wasting time and money and only dividing people, he has no further reason to run at this point. At least Gabbard is representing a specific viewpoint. Buttigieg is just boosting his profile, when he's only a mayor, so he really should drop and run for a statewide Indiana office or something. He's just embarrassing himself now.

Yeah I don't like how establisment he is even though I agree with a lot of his policies. This just rubs me the wrong way.

But I doubt he will drop since he one of the top Democrats when it comes to fundraising and his poll number have been going up in some early primary states like Iowa, and SC.

There are solid rumors Trump isn't going to participate in any debate during the presidential elections. Take the implications of that as you will. Personally, I think it'd be a boon for those who aren't particularly good at debating, like Biden or O'Rourke.

Also, Canadian election results coming in, slightly better than expected for Trudeau so far. So, by the looks of it, both Canada and Bolivia kept their left-wing governments today.
