First week VGChartz sales = 41k. LTD sales in Japan = 111k. Ragnarok Odyssey - Final day COMG pre-orders = 32. First week VGChartz sales = 31k. LTD sales in Japan = 92k. Persona 4 was at 192 pre-orders 4 days before launch and opened with 137k, but I didn't really think there was much of a comparison to be made since none of these current games are going to reach those numbers. Also, here's the chart the day before Vita launch games released, but again I don't think there's much of a comparison since it was launch week! |

You know what would be good? If someone trawled through all the posts in this thread to extract the data out and put it in a spreadsheet. But that would take dozens of hours and would be incredibly tedious. It's just nice to have something to compare to is all!

hearts is supposed to be a much better game, so you'd hope so.
Level 5 knows what they're doing, ending the Layton series at least for a while.

Sadly true. The Layton series has only gone down in sales with each title.
Phoenix Wright is so much better than layton ( but i fear about the next, in an ugly 3D like Layton :s , it was so much beautiful in 2D )

In terms of FW numbers for Azran Legacies, I believe it will do similar numbers to PLvsPW.

That doesn't mean much though. AKB game was released during holiday. It's very hard to see Soul Sacrifice to have 35 points but open with 100K. right now it looks more and more likely it will open in 50K-60K range like ToIR.
MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.
