Forums - Nintendo - The Part of Zelda no one discusses. The Awesome Music

With everyone discussing graphics and gameplay and how the next zelda must have less/more story aqnd be more dungeon/quest based and focus more heavily on the adventure/RPG aspects and remove some of the RPG/adventure aspects i though id say what i want. more awesome music. To me its one of the least apreciated parts of the series. everyone knows the 8bit tune but to me  its the modern zelda music which is truly awesome. heres a few of my favourite  songs. i someone could embedd that would be wonderful

Yeah, Zelda has the best music in games, in my opinion. Always thought so, and that probably won't change. I got most of the soundtracks in my iTunes collection. :)

it's no Chrono Trigger/Chrono Cross/early Final Fantasy music, but its always top quality!!

Zelda music is great, but Mario Galaxy is even better.

I LOVE ICELAND!

I officially love this thread!

I know saying OoT music wonderful gets old, but these are still my favorite of all time:

The hyrule Field theme in Ocarina of Time was amazing, and it was LONG. So long it would take a few day-night cycles to hear the whole thing.

And whats even cooler is that it was never the same twice, it was broken up into 10-12 different pieces rearranged each time you heard it.

Zelda is a series that REALLY needs orchestral music like Mario Galaxy, I hope nintendo doesn't skimp on the new game.

... Actually, people discuss it all the time. But yeah.
