I definitely wouldn't blame anyone for their review. HOWEVER, I'm still wondering if people are going to look at this as a new Wii game, or look at this as "Oh god, ANOTHER Mario game"? See what I'm saying?
Remember the review that Gamespot gave Zelda: Twilight Princess? That was precisely that type of fanboy-driven review. He just looked at it as "Oh wow ANOTHER Zelda game" instead of reviewing the game for what it actually brought to the table. I'm not even saying it's the best Zelda, but an 8.5 review score? Come on now...
