I'm also pissed that Bioware announced that the PS3 version will be released in NA on Nov 3rd... but so far it seems like they really just meant the U.S. It looks like my collectors edition isnt coming for 2 more week. UGH =(

I meant...play side missions that are not really related to the story in order to level up and not get my ass kicked in the main story missions.

Grind = unnecessarily fighting enemies. For levels rather than advancing in the game.

I'll be honest, they should have just done another game in the Forgotten Realms. There is SO MUCH they could have done with that, and I'm still waiting for a good FR MMO to come out.

Also it sounds like they are doing the old school NWN battle system. I hope the depth of the battle (spells, feats, skills, saving throws etc.) is that of NWN and not the far watered down version they had for KoToR.

exactly, since both are just "opinions", I perfer IGN over IGN UK.

What confuses me is that this review only seems to apply to PC, while the AU IGN review of 8.4 only seems to apply to PS360. So is that the difference between AU and UK or the difference between PC and console iterations of the game?

IGN seems to give everything a high score. so i'll just try this game myself to see.

Reading both it seems that that's very true. Also it makes me very happy since I always found console RPGs (especially BioWare's) more watered down (kotor) than their PC ones (neverwinter nights/baldur's gate) when compared.
