Resident Evil 5 followed very closely by Batman: AA.
Nothing that I have played yet this year deserves the title, since I've only played a couple of games that were made this year I guess. Uncharted 2 could be it for me.
Uncharted 2, and it isn't even out yet.
I already know for a FACT it will be my GOTY.

Can't take the bet. Too high risk that one of Dragon Age or Assassin's Creed 2 will betray me lol.
So far, I think the most fun I've had for free was Shadow Complex and disc based Skate 2 but I doin't think that will win any awards. I don't buy games usually the year they come out. I think MW2 though will take a bunch of awards.

At this point in time it would be Dirt 2, the game was pure fun. Halo: ODST was pretty close runner-up.
However I know they won't stay GOTY for me. It will probably be either F3, AC2, or Dragon Age, and maybe MW2
