IMO, 2009 was a slow year for the 360 ... so far...(except for XBLA)
So I will go for Infamous...

ODST/Halo Wars are great games... but it is too easy to point at HALO when you speak about GOTY.

Forza 3 will be a blast for sure... but it isn't an universal genre (>

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.
