You can't reach 31.069 million X360's by adding NPD, GFK/Charttrack and Media Create alone, because those firms don't cover large parts of the world like South America, Korea, Eastern Europe etc.

Somehow I doubt you did protest so bitterly when the PS2's ended up with DRE, and I doubt you'll complain when current PS3 fans buy PS3s for their bedroom.

The date doesn't matter because it could have been copied from VGC at any point during the last couple of weeks because there's been a lot of adjustments here recently.

Anyone can detect that those numbers mirror VGC.

vgchartz does a great job every week, but often wrong and correct later.

If you took "only official data without estimate" you would have the X360 sell only 26.36 million consoles!
(well, maybe 28.5 mill if you add Canada and Australia, but still there's 2.5 mill left that are sold in regions outside official data - Korea, Mexico, South America, South Africa, Israel, Turkey, Middle East, Russia, Polish, Magyar, Lithuania, China, India, Taiwan, Singapore)
