The date doesn't matter because it could have been copied from VGC at any point during the last couple of weeks because there's been a lot of adjustments here recently.
Anyone can detect that those numbers mirror VGC.

Anotherworldx is more accurate of vgchartz, because they take only official data without estimate.
vgchartz does a great job every week, but often wrong and correct later.

I already told you - you can't reach 31.069 million X360's by adding NPD, GFK/Charttrack and Media Create alone, because those firms don't cover large parts of the world like South America, Korea, Eastern Europe etc.
If you took "only official data without estimate" you would have the X360 sell only 26.36 million consoles!
(well, maybe 28.5 mill if you add Canada and Australia, but still there's 2.5 mill left that are sold in regions outside official data - Korea, Mexico, South America, South Africa, Israel, Turkey, Middle East, Russia, Polish, Magyar, Lithuania, China, India, Taiwan, Singapore)

Europa: 9.802.000
Giappone: 1.076.252
Altri(°): 4.711.000
USA+Europe+Japan= 26.36 million, and altri is estimated data (I would guess altri means 'others'). With altri the total number is 31.069 mill.
