Forums - Nintendo - Mirror's Edge: Wii concept art

A long time ago, EA decided to please the fans releasing new IPs with quite a big support of a movie, comics, etc. But only 1 survived (Dead Space) the other one Mirror's Edge had poor sales and a so-so reception. Anyway they were planing more things with Mirror's Edge including a Wii Version.

The game was developed by Backbone and it's unsure if EA really wanted to finish it after the sales and reception of the game.

Interesting, well they have said they are working on a sequel, so who knows...

That's interesting - I could see the game benefiting from Wii controls, although I'm a bit worried about the size of the open world.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

"Ok, girl's trapped in the elevator, and the power's off.  I swear, if a zombie comes around the next corner..."

Mirror's Edge has always intrigued me, but I never even played the demo. I should fire it up and see what the game is like. This concept art looks rather interesting too.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

This game needed a Wii release. It's one of the few PS360 games i've ever played, but its also one of the most impossibly convuluted control schemes it's ever been my misfortune to tolerate

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

It would look good cell shaded.

I LOVE ICELAND!

Damn, that does look nice.

Veder Juda is hand crafted from EPIC FAIL, and is a 96% certified Looney; the other 4% is a work in progress.

For anyone who hasn't played it and wants it cheap, you can get the full PC version on gogamer.com for $9.90.

Hardware is only a means to enjoy great games!

I have it for PS3.

Got so far then stopped playing, i DID get the free DLC though... so i may play it tonight.
