this week 360 will reach the heavens

Time to accept that, after this game ONLY GEOW 2 can do that

while Ps3 has atleast 4 games that can DO THIS kind of rise in sales

Gears of war 2 is going to be multi platform, so it's not likely to just sell a lot more 360's. Others will get a piece of that pie too.

Anyhow, I wonder how the PSP did last week worldwide. With huge sales it might even get close to the 360 which is amazing. Good job for the 360 too, too bad I already saw the first pics of overheated halo 360's. Hoped the new 65 nm cpu would take away some internal heat, so the GPU could be cooled a bit more effectively.

Kidding or not, anyone with any sense expected big numbers for the 360 at this time. Whether or not it sells systems(changes 360's overall marketshare) can only be surmised months down the road. That's awesome numbers for the 360. I think the imminent 360 price-drop and Halo 3 release had a lot to do with certain PS3 titles arriving a little earlier than maybe they should have(Lair, HS). Didn't really help Sony too much in the end. But it has taken almost 2 years for the 360's "moment" to arrive. How long until the PS3's moment comes? How much more time do they have to capture the NA market?

gears of war 2 is not multiplatform, after gears 2 it is unknown if microsoft will/can renew their contract, but gears 2 is locked to 360/nextbox.
