I really doubt this title will sell well. Middle of May when everything's selling slow, exclusive to console with lowest user base, new and unknown ip, and some doubtful review scores (some previews have said it gets repetitive quite quickly) could spell mediocrity for this title.

Considering I've seen no advertising on tv or gamestop for the game, I'm guessing lifetime sales will scratch 1.3 to 1.5 million at max.

100k opening would be abominable for this title imho. Let me check what Killzone and Resistance 2 did...

resistance 2 opened to 400k and Killzone did 750k...

It should pull a 200 to 300 k opening imho.

Resistance 2 was the sequel to a very successful game and launched in November; Killzone 2 was heavily hyped and advertised, and the sequel to a reasonably successful PS2 game.

inFamous is a new IP, releasing in one of the slowest months of the year.

But, if Sony advertise it decently, I agree with you on 300k first week. Even MadWorld did 100k first week, and I'm pretty sure inFamous can top MadWorld.
