Resistance 2 was the sequel to a very successful game and launched in November; Killzone 2 was heavily hyped and advertised, and the sequel to a reasonably successful PS2 game.
inFamous is a new IP, releasing in one of the slowest months of the year.
But, if Sony advertise it decently, I agree with you on 300k first week. Even MadWorld did 100k first week, and I'm pretty sure inFamous can top MadWorld.
