Another suggestion (sorry to be a pest) you might consider grouping certain games together side by side. Ones that are in the same series that aren't vastly different. Like the Trauma Centers.

For example.

4. Trauma Center: Second Opinion
Trauma Center: New Blood

Blah, blah, blah.
