Wii games have been getting adjusted so much lately that it probably already went through all this just over a longer period of time. 360 games, on the other hand, had pretty much been left as is so with some new data comes adjustments. It's just in a short period of time which is why it seems so explosive.

That's true. Just earlier this week Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition was adjusted down from 1.70 million to 1.66. Yeah, this is actually the first time I've heard about 360 games being adjusted in a major way.
But it's great to see work being done, and I applaude VGChartz for making sure we have the best numbers possible.
