shinning Force bombed hard on DS was expecting allot more from this game its somewhat of a return to strategy rpg and it does allot worst then the crappy action rpg´s sega released on the ps2 with the shinning name a real shame

And its another note to sega to stop targeting there in house teams to japan only games and start giving them worldwide projects, all sega games in japan are bombing hard lately and the only ones doing well are the very expensive PS3 games that aren't being released in the west like Kenzan and Yakuza 3 (will do well in japan) but are money losers because the market for ps3 is so small that japan only big budget games are a waste of money sega is in a pretty bad situation in japan at the moment

There might be a good thing coming out of the Shinning Force fiasco , the game being localised for the west to compensate for the bad sales in japan , like World Destruction another rpg that didnt do too well in japan from sega

Awesome first day sales for SO4. This game looks very good, definite pickup for me and I am glad to see the Japanese gamers giving it some love.

Hopefully it ends up around WKC numbers.
