why does Yahoo hate sony so much?

Price cut seems unlikely especially considering the fact of the coming recession, the fact that Sony loses money on each console sold, and the exchange rate between the yen and foreign currency (mainly Euro and dollar).

I would think a price cut would help them immensely but I am not holding my breath over it.

I do think Sony will drop the price $50, but not much more. They may drop it $100 if they get tons of bites at the $349 mark.
