Resistance 2 has sold 304K in its opening week in the North American region.

Is this a good debut or a bad one?

for comparison's sake......Resistance 1 sold around 1.27 Million In NA

with so many ps3 fans waiting this game with more than 4 mil NA PS3 ser base
this is low, or maybe they waiting more on mirror edge, and COD.

That's better than the original. I think R2 could do as well if not better than the original even if it is not bundled.

A tad lower than I had guessed for the title.

Although "Xmas will boost" / "a lot of other titles" / whatever else will be called in as reasons, but still feel it's lower than it should've done.

Anyway it isn't a flop, that's for sure. I thought the game would sell 500k in NA though. It had a couple days start on Gears and didn't get half the sales of it in NA which I was expecting it would.

I am interested in seeing whether it can make the 1.3 Million eventually....in NA alone to match upto resistance 2
