Wait until after x-mas before we start with the doomsday prophet act. Please also remember that Places like Australia and NZ are also part of other's sale and we have NOT had a price cut like EU.
Its still an alarming figure but x-mas sale is what really matters.

That doesn't make any sense and is simply stupid. You can't compare consoles with handhelds and why is still the Wii in first place when games doesn't matter ?
Not official bundles, but stores are making lots of their own in Europe.

As for loses WRONG the Falcon chipset and now Jasper saved MS a fortune and look at the worldwide sales of their software and of course Xbox Live etc, you won't see loses at least from MS from this cut.

Can't compare UK to rest of Europe. You people are like a mini-usa. Completely different sales to the rest of us.
Well, the truth is than, the 360 has the better games, is has the same power than the ps3 (almost) the best price, but, it looks like they just dont want it, microsoft cant do more. We have to see, the xmas sales for a better opinion.

Wii has the worst reviewed games of all yet it's crushing the others. That's pretty much proof that games doesn't matter anymore. Wii, much like Playstation stuff in Europe, is fashionable. That's why it's selling.

No it's not a confirmed price cut it's the company's off loading all their 40 gb models and this in turn has pushed up the sales plain and simple, as for cherry picking I see only negative from PS3 owners and yet nothing from the Wii owners whose model is the cheapest (not including the arcade) and outsells both the other consoles put together so why no mention of all the price cuts that the other Two consoles have had i.e PS3 40gb(may of been only 20gb)was £420 when released in UK and now look at it's price.
And all the 40gb PS3s are sold with TWO games in the UK now...
The thing I find most strange here is that the PS3 was outsold again plain and simple.
