New York, i have only been to Ohio, New York and Jersey, from what i have seen New York was way better, NYC, Syracuse and Rochester were fun.

Well considering how much I like film, music, video games, computers, culture, porn, money, and fun, I'd have to go with California, because that's where it all comes from.
EDIT: And I've been to Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Utah, and Washington.

Delaware.
No sales tax, normal winters and summer, no tornadoes, no hurricanes, and moderate to nice housing.

I lived in NH for 4 years, its not all that. No income and sales tax are completely offset by the outrageous property taxes. Fireworks are legal to buy, but not to use. The no require car insurance sucks for those that are responsible enough to actually get insurance.
I'm very glad I move from NH to Massachusetts about 5 years ago.
Michigan for the Win. Home to such great cities like Flint, Saginaw, and not to mention the great city of Detroit.
Florida. Because it has Miami in it and Miami simply rocks.

As it seems many have missed this comment...
It's definitely Alaska; no sales tax, extremely pretty, snow 8 months outta the year, and the state gives every single citizen around a thousand dollars every year. My family got $5000 each year. And now they're getting a gas pipeline, so perhaps that will increase that amount even further.
And it's the biggest state.
