As it seems many have missed this comment...
It's definitely Alaska; no sales tax, extremely pretty, snow 8 months outta the year, and the state gives every single citizen around a thousand dollars every year. My family got $5000 each year. And now they're getting a gas pipeline, so perhaps that will increase that amount even further.
And it's the biggest state.
