Forums - Gaming - Stellar Blade: Blood Rain announced

An interview with some new details:

https://www.invenglobal.com/articles/22543/ceo-kim-hyung-tae-i-will-strive-to-make-blood-rain-a-title-we-can-be-proud-of

- Has been in development for about a year

- On which systems it will release for: "it's hard to talk about platforms yet. However, we are trying to reach as many users as possible."

- On self-publishing this time around: "SIE is an excellent platform holder and publisher. But because of that, there are things they are good at and things they cannot do. As a platform holder, I think there are inevitable limitations regarding the user base or regions they focus on.

We are preparing to approach users more closely and reach out with a focus on diverse regions. We plan to show what we can do precisely because we are not a major publisher."

Oh come on people, I think the game looks sick but the girl's face is that of a 12-14 year old, even by Asian standards. Hell, she looked 10 or younger in the first shot lol.

Lol, I did not think her face would be point of contention.

She looks young but the character is clearly an adult, it's fine...

Loving the vibe of the setting. I skipped the first but I'm curious.

SO what have they been doing since the first game lol?

Sounds like it's years out. Welp. Maybe 2028

The MC looks... young. That's the second time this has happened with their MC pre-production design, too.

GenAI key art...

It looks really good. Though not a fan of the studio using gen ai.

Adult?, The character is an android it's not a biological woman or remotely close to that.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

The city is beautiful, AI or not. This shot is incredible :

ps : not an attack on you of course, just for some information that could help about it. Actually she wrote that message because some woke people were starting non sense and hatred.

MC looks pubescent even for asian standards. I'd estimate she has features of a 14 years old

If this is a dealbreaker or not is an individual decision, but let's be intelectually honest here instead of calling this simply "nonsense"

You should share your knowledge and wisdom with that Korean guy/girl who dares to think he/she knows Korea better than you do.

I follow kpop idols since I was ~14 years old. This MC can easily be confused with ones that starts their career as teenagers

The part of "looks like a 30 year old" made me laugh. I can get behind 18 to 20, because some Koreans take a while to lose their baby face but this guy probably think I'm a idiot to gaslight me into thinking she looks 30. I follow plenty of 3rd gen idols over their 30 and absolutely none looks like this

She's looks like an even younger version of Twice's Jeongyeon, who debuted as a 17 years:

Another idol you can use for reference in Blackpink's Jennie, she has small round face (though Jennie has cat eyes,) like this new MC and she's exactly 30
