Ah so I just figured out the purpose of those compasses… huh. That would’ve been useful to know about before having completed like 90% of the game. Lol!

Alrighty, I’m finished with Raiders. Got through everything except for the Bottomless Pit levels (b/c they were becoming painfully repetitive). Overall I’d say I thoroughly enjoyed about 99% of my time with the game… but every so often, I couldn’t help but think to myself how little the game truly justifies its need for such an aggressively beefy playtime. IDK I just feel like the devs came up with an addictive gameplay, and milked it dry. You are essentially playing through the main campaign three times back-to-back with little development in the actual gameplay.

That all said: I’d still highly recommend this game looking for some stupid fun. Yet another top tier exclusive on Switch 2, sitting up there among the likes of Air Riders and MKWorld.

Yeah I'd currently rank it as either my #3 or #4 first party Switch 2 game yet.

It doesn't quite top DK Bananza or Mario Kart World which I thought were fantastic, but it is competitive with my next best one which for me was Metroid Prime 4.

So I’m at BB F90 and finished everything on super spicy except two of the boss battles.

I want to finish BB F100 because I’ve read that will be the ”true” ending then I’m done with this game for now. The thing is I basically hit a difficulty wall at F90 with my play style. Well time to pull me up by the bootstraps :P

I’m done with the game (for now)!

Finished F100 and played to F106. Now it feel I’m finished for eels.

I’ve greatly enjoyed this game but now it’s time to move on. I have no interest to grind to max out every weapon or to try every possible skill/tank combo.

Interestingly in the end my build was what I played the least in the first part of the game (speed tank). Initially I played all tanks but avoided speed tank because I couldn’t figure it out then. Also my main weapon was paint brush which, if you look at my time playing S2, was one of my least used weapons (never got or played S3).

Now looking forward for a DLC and hoping S4 isn’t to far off!

There are rumors circulating that someone has actually reached the bottom of the bottomless buffé!

Yes it ends at level 1000. There's no way I'm going that far, I'm gonna stop at 100 and maybe try some other gadgets/weapons until I get tired of grinding materials.

You are not alone, I had messed around with them on the map but it was just a couple days ago I happened to get to the right spot and it showed the prompt to hit "A" to reveal the dungeon.  I hadn't paid enough attention to realize each one was working independently and kept trying to follow more than one needle at once.  Then I spent time using the compasses (really didn't like the blue dot ones).

A week ago I said I was done with this game for now.

I apparently lied. Picked it up just for a quick brawl yesterday and whoopsie I’ve past BB F200. All other dungeons are cleared at super spicy so F1000 here I come!

When I focus on my late game main build I clear the floors in a surprisingly good manner with not too many replays needed.
