I also had a chance to check the music from one of the earlier releases of 2026, People of Note. I haven't played the game myself yet, but from what I've read, it's a solid title with fun gameplay and great music, slightly let down by a narrative that doesn't reach those same heights. 

Favorite song from Forza Horizon 6.  GTA VI will probably have a better overall soundtrack of nonoriginal music, but Horizon 6 will probably add more stations down the road like Horizon 5 did. 

I’m thinking the OoTRemake is about to have some heavy hitters. Haven’t listened to anything yet, savijg my ears for launch.

Yeah it almost feels like cheating since it's remixes/revamps of a 28 year old OST, but it's still one of the greatest soundtracks of all time and the new versions played in the direct were sublime.

One of the silliest games of the year has also one of the best soundtracks I've heard all year. Denshattack is best described as skateboarding with a train, and features a stacked list of amazing composers as well.
