Other than lowering the prices for games by $15 USD and the price of the console by $50 USD I wouldn't make any major changes. I have a feeling it'd still be profitable if sold at a lower price.

1. I have a Switch 2 Pro Controller now for several reasons, but a Switch Pro Controller should be able to turn the console on from sleep mode, same with other Switch controllers.
2. Turn off the system from the UI, as Basil said.
3. YouTube (it's coming), and some other video apps like Tubi and Disney+ and so on. Switch 2 has a better screen than a lot of smartphones, so it would be nice to enjoy some shows, movies, and videos on it.
4. Stuff they can add to the eShop even for Switch like ratings and gifting games.
5. Variable sizes for Switch 2 Game Cards. They're all 64 GB, why not add 8 GB, 16 GB, and 32 GB? Maybe even one day a 128 GB Game Card. Game Key Cards are ridiculous and probably shouldn't even exist or at least be pretty rare.
6. microSD card support for Switch games.
7. Themes for the UI (can also be added to Switch)
8. Internet Browser for the UI (can also be added to Switch)

The ability to buy digital game keys from third party stores. I have access to a Switch 2 and I’ve been thinking about buying one. But coming from PC, the digital prices are crazy. They may be fine in isolation, but it would be a hard pill to swallow paying that much more.
Free cloud saves would be nice. Actually, Xbox is providing both of my first two points, but unfortunately that ecosystem is not long for this world.
A lighter system with better grips would be good. And OLED, but the current screen is fine.
Firmware update to add docked VRR. The HDMI port already supports it, just needs a firmware update.
Docked mode for Switch 1 games running in Switch 2 handheld mode.
Docked mode when playing plugged into AC adapter, but not docked. Thermals aren't an issue imo, Nintendo is very conservative when it comes to maximize temps.
Not something I notice or care much about, but overdrive mode for screen response time just so I can stop hearing about it on forums.
Increase the storage and turning GKC into GIC (Game Install Cards) like PS5
Yeah I wish they would let us use regular micro sd cards at least for switch 1 games, I won't be buying express cards at current prices so moving all my switch 1 games to the SD card would help a lot.
I'd have two versions. What we have now, and a dedicated home console version that had parity power-wise with PS5. You want probability at the cost of some key third party support and tech goodness? Fine. We have the hybrid option for you at a more affordable price. If you want the full experience, you can opt for the proper console with all the bells and GTA 6 whistles.
Hybrid $349.99.
Home console $499.99
