Nah, there will be a lot of people who will buy it twice instead of once because of a later PC port. 

If they keep delaying it then eventually this article won't age badly in the end so clearly the final release year is 2029. 

Damn that sucks there's another delay - wouldnt be surprised if it gets delayed all the way to 2027 after hearing them laying off key devs who had been with them for years.

I can wait though, I just finished GTA5 for the first time earlier this year and there's plenty of other games to play along with other versions of GTA3, 4, VC, SA and 5 I can play.
