I mean we could just say it was the best Nintendo launch has had at about anywhere really !

Personal experience here in Brazil:
One of my best friends, a coworker, who is really into Nintendo since his childhood, is pretty sad with the pricings from them and don't know when he'll get one, he said it might take another big Zelda to convince him, and he has a Switch and never got Tears of the Kingdom up until now (while I, a way more of a Playstation guy, got TotK at launch, lol).
Brazil has a lot of Nintendo fans, but people here, like me, don't react well to big prices at all, so more than the Switch 2 price, a game costing R$500 here is really pushing people off. I myself am refusing to pre order Ghost of Yotei since Sony is rising their prices to R$400 instead of the R$350 they used to charge, and that is my most antecipated game since God of War Ragnarok, so... R$500 is really, really too much.
