I just use my PS5 for single player games, so I dont care. I just play some online games on my main platform that is PC like Overwatch 2, Chilvary 2, Awesomenauts, Final Fantasy XIV and some coop games with my friends. I play Splatoon 2 and 3 on my Switch too.

Thankfully I have way more than I can handle for a six months worth of gaming downloaded.

Boy, I picked a good time to start going through my Switch 1 backlog in anticipation for Switch 2.

My PSN was pretty much "broke" as soon as I got a PS5. And if you search the internet, it's pretty common. Basically, if you turn it on, the internet connection isn't there about 75% of the time (can't access friends list; can't go to PSN store etc). Use to be that I could toggle the connection off and on again (had that docked so I could do it quickly) to get it to work, but even that stopped being a fix. I pretty much gave up on the system because of it. I gave it to someone I know.

I apologise to you and every one else affected  by PSN being down, but there will be no compensation, since how was I to know that PSN was so clingy that she would do the metaphorical equivalent of someone petulantly locking themselves in their bedroom and refusing to come out by hiding herself away in her servers till I returned from some me time.
