Monster Hunter Wilds has some nice tracks:

I'll add them to the list when I get a bit of time to update the OP.

While technically these are old tracks, they are on 2025 games:

Composer: Hiroyuki Sawano (most famous for Attack on Titan)

Composer: Miki Higashino (also famous for the TMNT games in the 8 and 16-bit eras)

Edit: I guess the original requires you to go to YouTube, but here's a fairly decent cover (although it sounds off, but if you dig, click the above link)

More from Sawano, Xenoblade Chronicles X:

I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

A few new titles to add to the list. Haven't actually played any of these yet, but the music sounds very good.

Avowed: Probably not going to end up as one of the year's best, but it's a very pleasant score overall, with some really nice atmospheric pieces.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails Through Daybreak II: Been hearing that the game's a bit disappointing, but the score sounds great as usual from Falcom.

Technically not a 2025 YET, but I need to post this. It's so fucking good, specially after the disaster of a soundtrack Metroid Dread had:

Judging by the previews, Clair Obscur is an early contender for RPG, Soundtrack, and maybe even Game of the Year.

They're (deservedly) so proud of their score that they've already posted a lot of it officially to YouTube:

Can't wait.

I'll keep it in mind when it does release.

Yeah, I've been keeping my eye on that one as well, just going to wait until it does release before adding it to the list.

Time for an update for a change. Clair Obscur was just released, and the soundtrack seems to be about as excellent as the early signs were suggesting.

Well it is decided. Clair obscur it is for 2025. I can't see Death Stranding 2 topping it, perhaps in diversity and range but not in vibes and integration with what's happening on screen. There's also 8 hours of it and it's mostly all better than great. Skip to anywhere in the video below randomly and you'll find greatness. I'll have to let it settle to see but it may well beat the Neir Games and Death Stranding for best OST ever.

Knowing the types of games that are played by the posters in this thread, I know this wouldn't have much of a chance, but the OST for Tempest Rising is phenomenal! Bringing in Frank Klepacki was a brilliant move. Songs like this really felt like I was playing a modern C&C game, which is exactly what Tempest Rising has delivered.

I will admit, this is one is pretty on the nose with Hell March lol but still has its own distinct sound.

I'll add it to the list when I have a moment to sit on my PC. I love old school RTSs and Command & Conquer, so this is right up my alley.
